Thomas C. Boscarino

Thomas C. Boscarino attended the University of Connecticut, where he obtained his B.A. in 1974. He also attended the Cumberland School of Law (J.D., 1977) where he served as President of Phi Alpha Delta from 1975-76, as Associate Justice of the Cumberland Moot Court Board from 1976-77, and as Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review from 1975-1977. Thomas C. Boscarino was admitted to the bar in Connecticut in 1977, in the U.S. Tax Court in 1978, and in the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 1982. From 1985-1986 Attorney Boscarino served as Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney, District of Connecticut.

Thomas C. Boscarino is a member of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. Attorney Boscarino serves as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee for the District of Connecticut. His areas of practice include bankruptcy, debtor and creditor rights, tax collection, commercial law, and commercial litigation.
